FAQ

Straight answers, no fine print.

Transparency is the whole job. Here's exactly how we price, plan, and protect your home during an electrical upgrade — written the way we'd explain it on a kitchen-table walkthrough.

Ask us anything
  • How does pricing work — flat rate or hourly?

Every job starts with a free walkthrough and a written, itemized estimate. Most residential work is quoted as a flat price so you know the cost before we start. Materials, labor, permits, and disposal are all broken out on the line items — never buried in a single total.
  • What does the process look like from first call to final invoice?

Call or message us, and we'll schedule a walkthrough within a few business days. You'll get a written estimate in plain language, a clear start date, and a step-by-step explanation of the work. On install day we protect floors and furniture, pull permits when required, and clean up daily. When the job is done you receive a detailed invoice and a written workmanship guarantee.
  • Do you pull permits and handle inspections?

Yes. Panel upgrades, service changes, and most new circuits require a permit and inspection in Bucks County. We file the paperwork, meet the inspector, and include those fees on the estimate — no surprise costs after the fact.
  • Will my power be off for long during a panel or service upgrade?

For a standard residential panel swap, power is typically off for 4 to 6 hours during the day. We coordinate the shut-off with PECO, schedule around your day, and put refrigerators and freezers on our radar so nothing thaws. You'll have a clear timeline before we begin.
  • Are estimates really free, and is there any pressure?

Estimates are always free and there is zero pressure to book on the spot. We'd rather you take the written quote, compare it, and call back when you're ready. If you have questions about a line item, we'll walk through it with you over the phone.
  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed in Pennsylvania and carrying general liability and workers' comp insurance. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance on request before work begins.
